- This Barn can be seen just out of Woodend. It was commissioned by the Glen Osmond Farm and is used as a retreat for children with special needs. The frame was made of 100×50/150×75/150×200/200x250mm Recycled North Coast Hardwood.All timber supplied by Timbersearch.
- The Glen Osmond barn for children with special needs is located on the outskirts of Woodend. The Client’s brief to Timbersearch requested us to supply a “silver-skin” cladding board. The clients did not want a new looking barn. They wished to create a building that looked like it had already been standing for decades. We cut this cladding from recycled grey skin Spotted Gum
- 250x 300mm Turpentine beams milled supplied by Timbersearch. To create a rustic, authentic wharf look the client wished to reuse original bridge materials. We cut the beams from wharf piles salvaged from Princess Pier in Melbourne Port. The client has chosen to allow this timber to grey-off naturally in the weather
